What Will I Receive?
An easy-to-read report around 24 hrs from the end of the home inspection, with color photos, informational links, and diagrams detailing the results of the home inspection. This extensive report may be viewed from an Internet connection or can be provided to you in printed form.
How Long Does the Inspection Take?
The thorough inspection typically lasts four hours or more, on average around 4 to 4.5 hrs depending on the size, condition and age of the home. I will not rush through the inspection.
May I Attend?
Yes, you are welcome and encouraged to be present and ask questions when the inspection takes place.
Do work on Weekends?
Yes, I do provide weekend services. I prefer to do an inspection when you are available to attend.
Is Your Company Insured?
Yes, North Central Washington Home Inspections, LLC is licensed by the state and fully insured for liability, errors & omissions.
When Will I See The Results?
