Due to many items that relate to age such as electrical and plumbing there may be additional charges to the square footage fee-

New Construction + $20

Pricing includes a Structural Pest Inspection (SPI). Don’t let the competition sell this as another fee. Along with an extensive visual inspection of the home’s components and systems, a structural pest inspection is vital. Subterranean termites, carpenter ants, anobiid beetle and velvety tree ants can cause major issues with structural integrity. If you factor this into your home inspection fee you will find these prices are very competitive.

Pest inspection fee: to be billed the seller? Please let me know in advance I will set up invoicing to reflect the different fees. (An minimal additional charge may be applied for billing two invoices.)

Multifamily Fee: There will be an additional charge per unit for duplexes, triplexes, quadplexes and mulit family units.

Travel Charge: Due to the cost of fuel prices some additional charges may apply.

Expedited certification service is available for an additional fee.

Infrared Thermography

Infrared thermography uses a thermal infrared camera to measure surface temperature and can identify abnormalities within building materials without using invasive testing. It can detect heat loss, moisture damage, air leakage and inconsistencies in insulation coverage.
